Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Growth Program by Sasha ("the Program"), operated by Sasha Sage ("we", "us", "our"). The Program includes training modules, the Growth Program by Sasha Notion workspace, templates, frameworks, and any associated members-only community (collectively, the "Materials").

By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Materials.

1. Access and what you receive

Upon successful payment, you receive access to the Materials included in the plan you purchased. Access is personal to you and is granted for as long as the Program is actively maintained and available.

We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify the Materials at any time. We will not remove substantial content without reasonable notice.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Materials solely for:

your own learning and professional development, and
applying the frameworks and strategies within your own business.

This license does not permit you to:

resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the Materials in whole or in part;
share your account, login credentials, or access link with anyone outside your immediate internal team;
reproduce or adapt the Materials to create a competing course, program, or educational product;
use the Materials to deliver growth marketing, consulting, or coaching services to third parties without our prior written consent.

3. Intellectual property and copyright

All Materials — including text, video, audio, templates, workspace structures, frameworks, and graphic elements — are the original work of Sasha Sage and are protected by copyright under the laws of England and Wales, the United States of America, and applicable international treaties.

Sasha Sage retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Materials at all times. No rights are transferred to you by virtue of purchase. You may not claim authorship, remove copyright notices, or represent the Materials as your own work.

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the Materials constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability.

4. Prohibited uses

In addition to the restrictions in Section 2, you agree not to:

reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the Materials for any commercial purpose;
use the Materials to train, fine-tune, or create any AI system, machine learning model, or software product without our express written consent;
upload or input the Materials into any AI tool in a way that permits the provider to use them for model training or improvement (if you use AI tools with the Materials, disable any settings that allow your inputs to be used for AI training);
engage in conduct within the community that is harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund for any material breach of these Terms.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of tax. Any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated based on your location and added at checkout. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.

6. Refund policy

We offer a full refund on the one-time payment within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have completed less than 25% of the training modules.

The $57/month subscription is excluded from this refund policy and can be cancelled at any time.

To request a refund, contact us via the support channel provided after purchase.

7. No guarantees

The Program shares frameworks, strategies, and tactics drawn from real-world experience. Your results will depend on your own product, market, execution, effort, and circumstances. We make no representation or guarantee of specific revenue, business growth, customer acquisition, or any other outcome.

Nothing in the Materials constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sasha Sage and any associated operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Materials.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid for the Program in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account or post a notice on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Program following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, the United States of America, and applicable international treaties. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in those jurisdictions, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
